Nu Skin items are shipped directly from Nu Skin's European central warehouse in Venlo, The Netherlands. All other items are shipped from our central warehouse in Valencia, Spain.
We work closely with our premium carriers to provide you with the best possible shipping experience.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping terms are territory dependence and may change. Local duties and taxes that are imposed on your order at time of delivery are not reflected in our prices. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We must comply with national and international regulations governing the transportation of certain products to certain destinations.
Delivery Notifications
You will receive a delivery notification, to the email address you have specified during checkout, as soon as your order has been dispatched. This notification contains all the important information as well as the tracking number of your order, so you can track its status anytime online until arrival.
Shipping Time
The estimated delivery time of your order is 2-4 business days. Please allow additional time during holiday seasons and due to possible delays with the delivery service. You will receive a notification via email of any delay of your order.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately, based on the items processing time or other logistic reasons, in order for you to receive them as soon as possible.
Our carriers do not deliver on holidays or weekends. These days do not count as delivery days when talking about 2-4 business days for delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If for any reason your order is returned to us (e.g. incorrect shipping address, parcel not called for), we will notify you immediately. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch your order at your cost of shipping or for you to cancel the order for a refund minus the initial shipping cost.
Shipping to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland we offer you the service of our partner MeinEinkauf.ch (except Pharmanex supplements). All customs formalities and the delivery to your door will then be taken over by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your items quickly, duty paid and at a low price.
