Refund Policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. If you want to send us a letter, this is of course also possible. For your cancellation in text or written form, you can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the package (our return centers are in the Netherlands and Spain). Items you wish to return must be sent back at your own expense and with tracking (recommended).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, if you receive the wrong item or if there is any other issue, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please document the damage or issue with a photo to send us if required. Keep the item urgently. It must be returned to us as part of the process.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have already taken the items out of the original packaging and / or opened them, a return and refund is excluded. The correctness of the application, according to the manufacturer's instructions, and prior checking for tolerance is the responsibility of the customer. Returns due to intolerance, are therefore also excluded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the initial shipping costs) via your original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund until we have received the items back. If you return only a part of your order, we will refund you the corresponding partial amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you have purchased items with a quantity or bundle discount and return one or more of these items, the refund amount will be adjusted according to the discount tier and reduced by the discount advantage.
