Our Inspiration

Historically, Polynesian firewalkers relied on the Hawaiin Ti leaf to cool and soothe their feet after walking across the fiery coals. Another timelessly loved botanical ingredient that inspired us is the Babassu Seed Oil. It’s been used for generations by the people of South America to relax and soften skin.

What makes Epoch Firewalker different from other foot creams available? The key ingredients in Epoch Firewalker are proven botanicals that have long been used by indigenous cultures (Nu Skin has worked with ethnobotanists who have researched what various indigenous cultures use to soothe tired and aching feet). These ingredients include the Hawaiian Ti plant (Cordyline terminalis), which has been used for centuries by Polynesian healers for its skin-soothing and cooling properties, and Babassu oil (Orbignya oleifera), which South American natives have used as a natural moisturizer and skin conditioner.

Can Epoch Firewalker be used only for the feet or for other areas of the body? Epoch Firewalker is based on an ethnobotanical composition to relieve tired, aching feet that have become hot from standing or walking for long periods of time. While Epoch Firewalker can be applied to all areas of the body for relief, it works best on aching feet. (Please note that Epoch Firewalker is not intended to treat sore muscles or joints)

What is the difference between Epoch Firewalker and Epoch Sole Solution? Sole Solution with clove pepper counteracts the cause of dry, cracked feet. The main ingredient dissolves horny spots and accumulations of dead cells for supple, smooth, healthy-looking feet. Firewalker soothes stressed, aching feet with natural ingredients. The cream contains an extract of the ti plant found in Hawaii, which helps absorb heat and has a cooling and soothing effect on the skin.

What is the difference between Epoch Firewalker and Epoch IceDancer? IceDancer and Firewalker are two different products. Firewalker soothes, while IceDancer revitalizes. IceDancer is applied to exhausted legs to revitalize them. It is welcome to be applied in between so that the legs are instantly refreshed and revitalized. Firewalker is a special rest for the feet at the end of the day. It relieves pain and has a restorative effect after being on your feet all day. For example, a waitress or flight attendant might apply IceDancer in the middle of her shift to revitalize her tired legs, and apply Firewalker after her shift to soothe and relieve her aching feet.
