Subscription Policy
Our subscription service offers you a convenient and flexible way to receive your favorite products on a regular basis.
1. General Information
With a subscription, you will automatically receive your preferred products at your chosen delivery interval, without having to place a new order each time. Your subscription has no minimum term and can be adjusted at any time.
2. Management and cancellation
Flexibility is our top priority! You can adjust, pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation: To stop the next delivery, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next charge. Otherwise, the order will be processed as usual.
- Pause and skip: If you want to skip a delivery, you can simply pause your subscription in your customer account or skip the next delivery.
You can manage your subscription directly in your customer account.
3. Payment an renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew according to your chosen delivery interval (monthly, every 2 months, etc.).
- Automatic payment: Your payment method will be debited for each new delivery.
- Payment error: If a payment fails, your subscription will automatically be paused. We will notify you so that you can update your payment method. If no update is made, the subscription can be canceled.
4. Right of withdrawal and returns
- Right of withdrawal: Your first delivery is subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
- Subsequent deliveries: You cannot withdraw from follow-up subscriptions that have already been sent. However, you can cancel your subscription for future deliveries at any time.
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact us immediately by email at info@spiritbeautyexcellence.com. Please document the defect or damage with a photo and/or video and be sure to have the item ready. As part of the troubleshooting, it may need to be returned to us.
