How To Use

For adults and children from 6 years: Brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, or, better yet, after each meal if you can spare the time, unless otherwise directed by a dentist or physician.

Children up to 6 years: Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste and supervise their brushing habits to limit swallowing. If the child is already receiving fluoride elsewhere (e.g. tablets), consult a dentist or family doctor. Children under 6 years of age should be taught the correct tooth brushing and mouth rinsing methods (so they do not swallow toothpaste).
