Frequently asked questions

With the subscription, you get your favorite products automatically and conveniently delivered to your home – without any manual reordering. You choose your desired delivery frequency, and we'll take care of the rest.

The subscription service is flexible and can be adjusted at any time. You can change the delivery frequency, pause a delivery, or cancel your subscription if necessary. Before each order, you will receive a reminder email with all the details.

Activating a subscription is easy:

  1. Simply choose your favorite product and activate the subscription option on the product page.
  2. Then select how often you want it delivered.
  3. Complete the order as usual.

The subscription only applies to the selected product. Other products in your shopping cart are not automatically included in the subscription.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your subscription. If you do not yet have a customer account, one will be created for you automatically – you will receive the access data by email.

Your subscription orders will then be triggered automatically at the selected interval. You will only be charged on the day of shipment.

You can flexibly adjust your subscription at any time:

  • Change the next order date
  • Adjust the delivery frequency
  • Skip a delivery

Simply log in to your customer account and go to "My subscriptions". You can easily make all the changes yourself there. Changes are usually processed within 24 hours.

If you no longer need your subscription, you can cancel it at any time – no later than 24 hours before the next delivery.

  1. Log in to your customer account and go to "My subscriptions".
  2. Select the product you wish to cancel.
  3. Click on "Cancel subscription".

You will receive a confirmation email and no further orders will be placed. If you just want to take a break, you can alternatively skip a delivery or adjust the delivery frequency.

You can view your next delivery at any time in your customer account under "My subscriptions". There you will find the estimated delivery date and all the products included in your subscription order. If necessary, you can also make changes there.

Please note that Klarna can only be used for one-time purchases and is not available for subscriptions.
